Turning sustainability questions into evidence: life cycle assessments, systems analysis and reporting that decision-makers actually use.

  • Delivered a cradle-to-grave LCA of a spray paint can and its accessories, identifying the hotspots that now guide the alliance's industry advocacy.
  • Built the reporting backbone for an operations team — including an on-time-delivery KPI dashboard in Power BI replacing manual status reporting.
  • Automated messy data flows across Trello, Power BI and Microsoft 365, cutting recurring reporting work to a fraction of the manual effort.

Owned end-to-end delivery of medical imaging installations in European hospitals and health programmes in emerging markets.

  • Ran technical planning, installation and clinical training for imaging systems across multiple European hospital sites, coordinating engineers, suppliers and clinical staff.
  • Introduced lightweight delivery rituals and dashboards that shortened project cycle time and made forecasts reliable enough to plan capacity on.
  • Managed operational and commercial stakeholders in global health projects, including partners and distributors in developing countries.
  • Initiated and led Planet-Delft: a company-wide sustainability policy, impact monitoring and offsetting process on top of the existing B Corp certification.

Technical research and operations in additive manufacturing, with a focus on circular material flows.

  • Designed and implemented a closed-loop recycling chain with two partners that reused the same plastic up to 7 times and diverted almost 1 tonne of waste from landfill in 2 years, while lowering material procurement cost.
  • Advised manufacturers on integrating additive manufacturing into existing production processes.
  • Ran operations for a production hub and represented the company at international trade shows.

Employee-driven sustainability programme I initiated inside a medical imaging company: a company-wide sustainability policy, impact monitoring, an office resource-use review and a process for offsetting unavoidable business travel through effective charities.

Result: sustainability moved from good intentions to repeatable practice — policy, monitoring and shared ownership on top of the existing B Corp certification.

Closed-loop recycling process for failed prototypes and quality rejects at a 3D printing studio, built with two partners: one grinding plastic waste into pellets, one re-extruding them into printing filament.

Result: the same plastic reused up to 7 times, ~1 tonne of material kept out of landfill over 2 years, and lower material procurement cost.

Futureproof — behaviour change by design

Starters.eco × Gemeente Amsterdam Noord

Apr 2026 — Jun 2026

Designed a sustainability card game for city residents, using peer-to-peer play to shift everyday choices, and developed the business model, stakeholder map and implementation roadmap with the district.

Result: a tested concept and roadmap presented to the district, translating climate advice into a format residents actually engage with.
